Our confidential, and anonymous helpline offers English-language support for all ages. Our trained volunteers provide a judgment-free space to talk about loneliness, anxiety, grief, or any challenges you’re facing including suicidal thoughts. If you're concerned about someone else, we can guide you to helpful resources.

MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES CENTRE (MHSC)​

Based in Brussels, we offer a team of mental health professionals with expertise in a wide range of fields and for all ages. Appointments are available for individuals, couples, and families.

OUR CLINICAL TEAM
Our team of professional psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists can help with diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation in a wide range of mental-health related problems.
OUR AFFILIATED PROFESSIONALS

We also offer access to a team of experts providing consultations and classes in coaching, family mediation, mindfulness and nutrition.

VOLUNTEER

Join our team of volunteers and make a real difference. We offer opportunities as Helpline listeners. No experience needed, just empathy, active listening, and fluency in English. We offer training and professional guidance to help you develop confidence in communication, crisis support, and emotional resilience. If this is not for you, we also welcome volunteers with administrative skills in the CHS Office.
